Biography
Mindy has focused her law practice primarily in the area of family law and alternative dispute resolution. She has handled complex adoption and termination of parental rights cases. Furthermore, she has experience in International Child Abduction and UCCJEA matters. She has represented clients before the Tennessee Appellate Courts. As a result of her years of experience in practicing law, Mindy has worked with child psychologists, toxicologists, educators, physicians, adult psychologists, psychiatrists, tax advisors, financial planners, accountants, computer analyst, and other professionals that participate in resolving child custody, divorce, and other family law related matter.
Mindy frequently mediates child custody and divorce cases for other attorneys. She is a General Civil Mediator and was a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Certified Family Law.
